SK Type Ring Brushes

The SK Type Ring Brush is a brush made by winding a channel brush, which is made by sandwiching bristles between a steel channel and a core wire, once in a circle with the bristle tips facing outward. It is used by wire rod manufacturers to prevent wire rod from loosening during wire rod processing. Smaller ring brushes may be stacked to be used in the same way as coil brushes for cleaning purposes.

  • Full customization is possible by changing the size, bristle material and height, channel material, and attachment shape.
  • The bristle density, channel length and bristle height can be freely adjusted.
  • Bristle materials that have an antistatic effect, contain abrasive grains and exhibit other characteristics can also be selected.
  • Characterized by good accuracy of inner and outer diameters.
  • Channel ends can also be treated, for example, by connecting them in a circle with separate fittings.
