The SK Type New Tight Channel Brush, which constitutes this roll brush, is a channel brush with a structure best suited for large roll brushes, in which bundles of bristles are continuously inserted between nails extending from the left and right sides of a U-shaped channel and held firmly by the nails and core being crossed at an angle.
- The liquid discharge structure, which is a registered utility model, provides a remarkable water-cooling effect.
- The density of bristles can be freely adjusted by changing the strength of the winding compression, enabling high-density brush implanting.
- Implanting bristles in bundles provides a roll surface in which bundles of bristles are wound alternately like a disc roll brush (staggered implanting) and achieves the same effect.
- It has a solid structure in which the bristles are held down by nails on both sides and the core, and thus the bristles stay attached continuously.
- Brush marks hardly form on the objects.
