SK Type Hyper-Tight Channel Roll Brush Features
- The SK Type Hyper-Tight Channel Brush, which constitutes this roll brush, is a channel brush with a structure best suited for large roll brushes, in which bundles of bristles are continuously inserted between nails extending from the left and right sides of an H-shaped channel and held firmly by the nails and core being crossed at an angle.
- The hollow bottom of the channel provides heat dissipation.
Furthermore, the liquid discharge structure, which is a registered utility model, provides a remarkable water-cooling effect. - It has a solid structure in which the bristles are held down by nails on both sides and the core, and thus the bristles stay attached continuously.
- The high density and uniformity of the bristles prevent brush marks from forming on the objects.
